Project:
Since 2019, we have been responsible for maintaining 230 EVCPs for GeniePoint (Engie) across the United Kingdom. Our contract was renewed in March 2021 for an additional 2 years, demonstrating our client’s trust and satisfaction. Within this charging network, we oversee approximately 190 AC chargers and 40 DC chargers. Our maintenance contract covers both preventive and corrective maintenance, and we are responsible for servicing the regions of Scotland, North and Northwest, Midlands, Southeast, and Southwest.
Our dedication and focus on service excellence have allowed us to expand our partnership with GeniePoint. In 2022, we extended our contract to include the maintenance of an additional 600 DC chargers, also owned by GeniePoint. This achievement showcases our commitment to customer satisfaction and our ability to adapt and respond to the evolving needs of the electric vehicle market.
Furthermore, we are well-prepared to swiftly address any issues or failures, providing efficient corrective maintenance and minimizing charger downtime.
